Do a comparison and I think you will agree with me that this company is what is purports to be. Excellent in every way. Wonderful experience from first contact on the telephone to end of appointment! My furnace was not working and it was so cold outside. Compass provided a prompt appointment time. Russ called when he was on his way, showed up on time and was very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated him answering all of my questions. Very thorough in his work, he found my issue and my furnace is working perfectly! He truly went above and beyond! I had such a great experience, I signed up for their maintenance plan! Thank you to Compass for such a pleasant experience!
